Pricing Policies & Glossary
Invoicing and Payment Options
Executive Sign Installation invoices on the 15th and 30th of every month and are supplied via email address. Payment is due within 10 days of invoice issued, and can be made by cheque to "Errands etc" the primary company to Executive Sign Installation. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, interest may be applied and the account suspended from any new orders.
Please ensure that you keep your account in good standing.
Service Area and Outside Area Surcharge
Executive Sign Installation services Northern York Region and South Simcoe. For service outside of these immediate areas, an additional Trip Charge of $15.00 maybe added, and is at the discretion of the head office at the time of order placement.
Saturday or Same Day Service: additional $15
On occasion, you may find yourself in a situation that requires immediate service. We understand this and will try our best to provide an installer to complete your order under the following conditions:
- Your request is provided before noon
- Your request for service is within our regular service area
Agent Riders
Agent Riders or Realtor specialty signs are custom designed and provided by the Agent or Relater themselves. Executive can store these signs for you and allow you to simply request which ones to use at the time of post installation. A storage fee will apply for storing any material. However, a detailed inventory list of stored items will be included with monthly invoices and account statements.
Reset/Relocation
From time to time a post may require a reset or relocation at a property site. Executive Sign Installation will be happy to accommodate this request for a fee. (See our price sheet above for details)
If the post is missing or damaged, a Lost Post fee of $50.00 will be charged to the Agent. Please advise your Owners or Tenants of each property not to remove an installed post. Executive Sign Installation will gladly remove it for them with our 2-business day service guarantee upon receipt of a Removal Order through our website.
Trip Charge
Executive Sign Installation makes every attempt to ensure all information is accurate and complete before an installation work order is issued. And of course we will drop-off, pick-up, add something, remove something, or change something to the original order at your request for an additional fee. This fee is in addition to the Standard Installation Service Charge (see our price sheet above for full details)
But, if for some reason, Executive is at fault in the install or location requested, we will gladly go back and correct the situation at no cost to you. However, if we install at the proper location with our materials in good working order, then we need to charge a Trip Charge for our services and our time. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
Brochure Box (sometimes referred to as a Flyer Box)
Brochure boxes are a simple way to place a brochure, letter size flyer, realty information, house or rental specifications of the property, or marketing piece up to 8-1/2” x 11” inches in size. Executive Sign Installation can provide these brochure boxes for you or they can be provided by your realty company.
Refusal by Owner/Tenant
Executive Sign Installation can only install or remove the materials that you request. If the Owner or Tenant of the property refuses to allow Executive to perform its assigned work, we will not jeopardize our material, and therefore will not proceed with the installation. Executive will call the realty Agent who placed the order and attempt to get a confirmation approval between the Realtor and the Owner or Tenant, but we will charge a Refusal surcharge for the first installation attempt in addition to the Standard Installation fee. Monthly Post Maintenance Fee
Even though Executive Sign Installation has an adequate post inventory, the property market can go up and down. This means that sometimes our posts can sit for a greater length of time, which will reduce our available inventory for others to utilize. After 90 days of installation, Executive will begin to charge a monthly fee for each post, and its continued maintenance, billed at $5.00 per month.
Pick-up & Drop-off of Agent Signage
Some Agents prefer to leave their personal signage and riders at the location for install and removal, while others request that we pick-up and drop-off material from a printer vendor or the company office. We are happy to do either for you, but a fee will apply for pick-up or drop-off services in order to cover the cost of our time, gas and the distance required. We will also store all material for you at a nominal fee. (See our price list for details)
Business Practices & Polices
Executive Sign Installation is a family owned and operated company that stands for professionalism, integrity and excellence in service. Please take a moment to review our business practices and company policies.
Liabilities:
Members of the Executive Sign Installation team are the only individuals allowed to install or remove our posts. For liability and safety reasons, we ask that you inform your client of the policy before placing an order. Your client removing or destroying a post can cause considerable problems for everyone involved, and will cost additional charges. (See our price list above for details)
Communication
Executive Sign Installation’s policy is to request all communication remain strictly between the Agent and the home Owner concerning the property in general. However, every team member is equipped with a cell phone and is in constant contact with our head office. Please ensure that you provide a number that will reach you outside of your office incase information needs to be clarified for an installation. Our goal is to be discreet, unobtrusive and to deliver the highest quality in service – the first time.
Placing Orders
Place an order online by 4 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and your sign(s) will be installed within two business days. This means if you place an order through this website on a Monday, the installation is guaranteed to be completed by Wednesday at 4 PM, baring any special circumstances, such as inclement weather conditions, or a long weekend. You will be notified by email if a situation arises which is beyond the control of Executive Sign Installation and a new date for completion will be provided.
An order form is provided on this website for installation, relocation and removal requests. Each order, once received through the website, is confirmed by an e-mail. A second e-mail is then sent to the Agent/Administrative Assistant confirming the date and time that the work order was fulfilled.
Please ensure there are no restrictions before ordering posts to be installed in communities or complexes, and that every order is complete with cross streets or special instructions if they apply (i.e. street not listed on maps, or has an invisible fence, or underground sprinkler system). If instructions are not complete, additional charges may apply.
