How it works: Easy 1-2-3 Steps
Step One: Place an order by using our convenient online order form for an installation, relocation or removal of an Executive real estate sign post(s).
Step Two: Once the order is received, our office will send an order confirmation to you by email, and issue a work order to an Executive Team Member right away.
Step Three: Within 2-business days your order will be fulfilled, and a second email will be sent to you or your Administrative Assistant, confirming the date and time of completion.
*In most cases your order will be completed the very next day; however, if it is not after 48 hours from the time you first placed your order, then YOU DON’T PAY! That is our commitment to you and our GURANTEE.

Sign Storage Services
Need a place to store your signage panels, and to keep track of your inventory? In addition to our other services, we provide storage and will supply an inventory report to you. All signs and posts are stored indoors and out of the elements in a safe and secure location.
But We’re Not Done Yet!
Executive Sign Installation is pleased to offer a free re-ordering service of signage panels from a vendor of your choice – we can keep track of your inventory for you. And, for a nominal fee, we can add a Brochure Box with your contact information, or specifications on the property for sale.

Our guarantee will apply if Executive Sign Installation is at fault in anyway, such as a lost order, a post placed at the wrong location, or etc. We stand behind our work with integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to provide you with the best service possible.
If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, you are welcome to contact our head office at 1-888-476-1128, or by email at contactus@executivesigninstallation.com in order to rectify the situation, or if that is not possible, we will provide a refund or credit toward your next order. We want you to be happy and that is why we offer this guarantee.
Additional Information about our Guarantee:
1. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We do not install Sundays, Holiday Mondays or on National and Provincial Holidays. Our installers are discreet, unobtrusive and will complete your work order as soon as possible within 2-business days; defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will complete a same-day or Saturday work request whenever possible, and at an additional charge.
Saturday or Same Day Service: additional $15
On occasion, you may find yourself in a situation that requires immediate service. We understand this and will try our best to provide an installer to complete your order under the following conditions:
- Your request is provided before noon
- Your request for service is within our regular service area (Northern York Region and South Simcoe)
2. Place an order online by 4 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and your sign(s) will be installed within two business days. This means if you place an order through this website on a Monday, the installation is guaranteed to be completed by Wednesday at 4 PM, baring any special circumstances, such as inclement weather conditions, or a long weekend.
You will be notified by email if a situation arises which is beyond the control of Executive Sign Installation, and a new date for completion will be provided. In this case the guarantee with not apply, and you would still be charged for service.
3. All requests we receive are completed within 2-busines days, if not the very next day from time of order. However, there are some things that can delay a request. Providing us with incorrect information, or going outside of our regular service area (20 KLM or more) are two reasons. An owner/tenant refusal is another. Customers being serviced in areas without map coverage, or is land for sale, must give us complete directions or extra charges may apply. In these cases the guarantee will not apply, and you will still be charged for service.
