Executive Sign Installation
Real Esate Sign Post Online Order Form
Installation, Relocation or Removal:
Please ensure you have reviewed our “Pricing & Services” page on this website; which includes “Pricing Policies & Glossary” and “Business Practices & Policies” information.
Agent/Broker will:
1. Provide Executive Sign Installation with complete, accurate information for installations and removals including cross streets, map coordinates, phone number on the sign and billing phone number.
2. Provide a detailed map and/or site marker, or flag the location for all vacant land or construction sites.
3. Obtain Owner/Tenant/Home Association approvals before requesting service from Executive Sign Installation.
4. Assist Executive Sign Installation in recovering signs and sign posts from property when required if they are not where we installed them and/or due to locked garages, back yards, dogs unleashed, etc.
5. In the event of a lost or damaged post/stake, reimburse Executive Sign Installation for the current cost of the post/stake.
6. Pay for all services requested by Agent/Broker according to the rates defined in the price information listed on this website under “Pricing & Services” webpage.
Executive Sign Installation will:
1. Install and remove signposts after receiving requests (except Sundays, Holidays and inclement weather), within two (2) working days after the order has been received.
2. Provide sign posts descrived as: Standard White Posts unless otherwise prearranged.
3. Follow all instructions of Agent/Broker as to placement of signpost, in consideration of safety and city ordinances. Placements will be done in front of unit advertised unless instructions are given otherwise. Any further relocation requests by Agent/Broker will be charged accordingly.
4. Repair as a result of our installation, any damage to pipes and sprinklers. Executive Sign Installation will NOT be responsible to pay for any damage if not given notice and opportunity to inspect any claimed damage. If you fail to inform us about an underground sprinkler, invisible dog fence or etc. we will not be held responsible for damage.
5. Take responsibility for any lost or damaged signs owned by Agent/Broker while in our storage. However, we will not be responsible for any loss of Agent/Broker signs or agent riders after installation.
6. Require that posts and stakes must not be removed by the Broker/Agent/Owner due to safety issues. Only Executive Sign Installation team members are authorized to remove our posts.
7. Take no responsibility for any Agent riders or signage without prior request to do so. We recommend that you remove any signs prior to a removal order. If not, we will leave by the front door or front porch; somewhere out of the way, but not hidden. If the post was removed from a vacant lot, we will leave the signage on the ground where the post was. Please ensure that you return to the property to retrieve your signage material.
